Rain Blesses Makkah as Umrah Pilgrims Continue Tawaf at Masjid al-Haram

Heavy rainfall in several parts of Saudi Arabia has brought relief from the heat, with Makkah and the capital Riyadh also receiving significant rain.

Rain fell at Masjid al-Haram in Makkah while Umrah pilgrims continued performing Tawaf around the Kaaba. The rainfall created a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere as pilgrims continued their worship and expressed gratitude to Allah.

The rain also brought a noticeable improvement in the weather in Makkah, with temperatures becoming more pleasant. Riyadh also experienced heavy rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning, reducing the intensity of the heat.

Water accumulated on several roads and highways following the heavy rain, while residents enjoyed the cooler and pleasant weather. Rain continued intermittently in different areas.

Saudi authorities have advised residents and visitors to remain cautious during rainfall and avoid low-lying areas due to possible water accumulation and related risks.
