Gold Prices Fall Again in Pakistan Despite Rise in Global Market

Gold prices in Pakistan recorded another major decline after a one-day gap, bringing the price of 24-karat gold to just above Rs453,000 per tola.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 24-karat gold fell by Rs3,800 per tola across the country, taking the new price to Rs453,336.

The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs3,258, bringing it down to Rs388,672.

Silver prices also recorded a decline in the local market. The price of silver fell by Rs122 per tola to reach Rs6,802.

Meanwhile, gold prices moved higher in the international market. The price of gold increased by $38 per ounce to reach $4,308.

The latest figures show a different trend between the local and international markets, with gold prices declining in Pakistan while gaining in the international market.
