Gold Prices Surge Again in Global and Local Markets

Gold prices continued their upward trend in both global and local markets, marking the seventh consecutive day of gains.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs4,200 per tola on Wednesday. Following the latest increase, the price of one tola of gold reached Rs463,936 in Pakistan.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs3,601, reaching Rs397,750.

Gold prices have witnessed a significant rise over the past week. According to the latest figures, the price of one tola of gold has increased by around Rs36,000 during the last seven days.

Silver prices also moved higher in the local market. The price of one tola of silver increased by Rs146, reaching Rs7,111.

Meanwhile, gold prices in the international market also recorded a sharp increase. The price of gold rose by $42 per ounce to reach $4,415.

The continued rise in international gold prices has also contributed to the increase in local bullion prices, keeping gold rates at elevated levels in Pakistan.

Market watchers and investors are closely monitoring developments in the global gold market as prices continue to show strong upward momentum.
